Will not shop here again was looking for appliances and the manager rudely not once but TWICE stopped helping us to answer his cell phone. It was rude and he lost future customer.
Sears is a little on the pricy side for me, they do have a uhaul service now which in convenient.

I wish that I could give Sears in Kittanning less than a star because they do not even deserve that. I am not one to write reviews and being that I work in the customer service industry, I could not help but tell how poorly my family was treated and the utter disregard by the employees and management at this particular Sears. My parents purchased a new dishwasher at this store in the spring of 2017. They paid Sears to install the dishwasher and to take away the old dishwasher. Sears (without the knowledge of my parents, third partied the install to another person) I want to make it fully clear that this individual was professional WHICH is more than I can say for Sears. The install was not put in correctly and the dishwasher leaked, without our knowledge for five days, completely destroying my parents kitchen and dinning room flooring as well as their cabinets. When my family tried to get into contact with the Sears owner, the male employee there refused to let my family speak to him. His response was it was not Sears' fault, and we needed to take this up with the person who installed it. KEEP IN MIND, MY FAMILY PAID SEARS FOR THE INSTALLATION, NOT THE THIRD PARTY THAT SEARS SOUGHT OUT. To finalize this horrendous experience that we endured, Sears never got back to my parents after each failed attempt by us. We had to contact the man who put it in and we had to deal with it privately from there. I would never, ever recommend anyone use this store. If others have had half of the experience my family had, I don't know how they will stay in business.
