I stopped and ordered a dozen of roses with vase to be delivered to my girlfriends work for our anniversary and they failed to deliver, such a let down

Beautiful Flower arrangements
Beautiful flowers, reasonable price and delivered on time. However, somebody took it upon themselves to edit my wording on the card that accompanied the flowers. Not for misspelling nor profanity, but just to edit out a simple word that is meaningful to myself and to the recipient. Otherwise, a good experience.
Worst customer service I have ever gotten with placing an order by phone. Called to have flowers delivered, was told that was out of their normal delivery range and would be charged extra, I had no problem with that. Here is where it went bad, the flowers were NEVER delivered!! When I called to ask why, I was told by the owner, that my friend did not return their calls to set up delivery. Unbelievable, I had set up the delivery details. My friend had to go to their shop and pick up her own flowers. The owner would not refund my extra delivery charge, his reason being, he had given her a box of chocolates to compensate her. Yes, it truly was as though I was dealing with Forrest Gump, unbelievable! The woman who took my order was rude, laughing at the way I pronounced the name of the town. The owner was as rude, when I spoke to him, very adamant that it was my friends fault for not calling them back right away. She was unavailable at the time and it was not her "duty" to call them. Although, she did as soon as she could. Way over charged for daises, carnations a few roses and mostly filler! They took my money, didn't provide the service they were paid for, blamed my friend, and just 100% did not care about customer services. I paid them for a service they didn't provide and they kept my money, I call that theft. They did not earn that money, but kept it. My guess is they run their business off of one time clients, over charging them, instead of charging a fair price, providing services they are paid for and having repeat clients. Not at any point in the conversation did the owner apologize in any way, shape or form. If I could give a zero star rating I would, because that is what they have earned. ZERO!
